Having operated a retail outlet selling Heraldic products for over 15 years, we decided that an opportunity existed for a company supplying a comprehensive range of Irish family coats of arms. Heraldry Names Manufacturers was established in 1989 with a view to satisfying this demand. We are located in Ballina, Co. Mayo in the Moy Valley region in the West of Ireland, where we carry on continued research expanding our range of names.

Heraldry Names Manufacturers Ltd. is an O’Connell family owned and run business, with 4 members of the family actively involved. Liam as Managing Director, Nuala as Administration Director, Sean as Sales Director and David as Floor Manager.

Our product range has expanded since this time. We now supply Heraldic Lapel Pins, Heraldic Matted Prints (framed or unframed), two styles of Heraldic Keyrings, Heraldic Embroidered Patches, as well as some general Irish souvenir products.

Initially we concentrated on the Irish market but have since expanded our library. We can now supply most Irish, Scottish, Welsh and English family names and due to continual research our range is constantly expanding. Our wholesale company now exports to the U.S.A., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, South Africa and Argentina.

Having supplied the American market since 1990 we have been recognised for the quality of our product range and the service we delivery. In 2004 we were awarded the “Hottest Product of the Year” by the North American Celtic Buyers Association (NACBA).
